Terms of Service

By accessing or using VXTask OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service provided by VX STACK CORE LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

• Service – The VXTask OS platform, including Service CRM and Execution Operating System, and all related features.
• Account Owner – The person or entity who creates and manages the organization/workspace.
• User Content – All projects, work types, execution areas, tasks, comments, files, Services, Clients, Contacts, Pipelines, Opportunities, Next Actions, commercial and financial records, and other data you upload or create in the Service.

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Subscriptions are managed through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. All billing, renewals, and payments are governed by Paddle’s terms. Subscription and feature limits may vary by plan and may include users, Services, Pipelines, Clients, Opportunities, storage, or other platform capacity limits. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

The Service, its design, code, and all original content are owned by VX STACK CORE LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period. You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

You may not:
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the Service
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary, including for a violation of these Terms, security risks, suspected unlawful activity, non-payment, abuse of the Service, or where required by applicable law. Where reasonably practicable and legally permitted, we will provide notice before termination. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or payment provider.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VX STACK CORE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
