1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using VXTask OS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service provided by VX STACK CORE LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Definitions
• Service – VXTask OS platform and all related features.
• Account Owner – The person or entity who creates and manages the organization/workspace.
• User Content – All tasks, projects, comments, files and other data you upload or create in the Service.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are managed through Paddle.com or LemonSqueezy.com, who act as the Merchant of Record. All billing, renewals, and payments are governed by their terms. Subscription limits (number of users, companies, storage, etc.) depend on your chosen plan. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, code, and all original content are owned by VX STACK CORE LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription period. You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not:
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate applicable laws
• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the Service
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or harmful material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or harm others

7. Termination and Suspension

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VX STACK CORE LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Baku, Azerbaijan.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
