Welcome to VXTask OS, a task and workflow management platform provided by VX STACK CORE LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you use our Service. By accessing or using VXTask OS, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account Data: Name, email address, password, job title, and company name provided during registration or social login.
• Professional & Business Data: Projects, tasks, descriptions, comments, attachments, locations, and other work-related information you input into the platform.
• Usage & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, usage patterns, and interaction with features (collected via cookies and similar technologies).
• Payment Data: Handled exclusively by our payment processors. We do not store credit card or sensitive financial information.

We use collected data to:
• Provide, maintain, and improve VXTask OS (including business logic, task automation, and analytics)
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Communicate with you (updates, support, security notices)
• Ensure security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms

All payments are processed by our authorized resellers Paddle.com or LemonSqueezy.com, who act as the Merchant of Record. They handle billing, compliance, tax, and customer support related to payments. We do not store your full payment details.

We may share data with:
• Payment processors (Paddle, Lemon Squeezy)
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
• Analytics and security tools (only necessary data)
• Legal authorities when required by law

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion or termination, we may retain data for up to 12 months for legal, security, and backup purposes. Business task data may be retained longer if required by the organization owner.
