Refunds are not provided for:

Changing Subscription Plans (Upgrade/Downgrade):
• When changing a subscription plan (e.g., switching from monthly to annual billing or vice versa), any remaining balance from the current (used or unused) subscription is non-refundable;
• Paid amounts are not transferable to other plans and do not reduce the price of the new plan;
• Payments for each plan are calculated independently, and the newly selected plan takes effect immediately upon payment.

4. How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your account email and the transaction ID from Paddle or Lemon Squeezy. Please include a brief reason for the request (optional but appreciated).
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed through our payment partner (Paddle or Lemon Squeezy). Once approved, funds usually appear on your original payment method within 5–15 business days, although in some cases (depending on your bank or payment method) it may take up to 30 days.
