We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If VXTask OS does not meet your business needs, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, the request must be made within 14 days of the transaction, and the account must not have been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided for:
• Requests submitted after the 14-day period
• Renewal or recurring subscription charges
• Partial months of service (no pro-rating)
• Accounts terminated for breach of Terms

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact our support team at [email protected] with your account email and the transaction ID from Paddle or Lemon Squeezy. Please include a brief reason for the request (optional but appreciated).

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are processed through our payment partner (Paddle or Lemon Squeezy). Once approved, funds usually appear on your original payment method within 5–15 business days, although in some cases (depending on your bank or payment method) it may take up to 30 days.
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
